There is a seamless process between the receipt of a disc with the customers required product and the actual production of it by the laser. Almost any file type or Macintosh, DOS or Windows disc is accepted.

The lasers Dynamic Power Control automatically matches power levels and feed rates to provide, accuracy [.005 repeatability] and excellent edge conditions- especially those with intricate patterns and close spacing within geometries.

QLS laser cuts large letters and small letters that are self adhesive. QLS also laser cuts custom steel brackets and plastic, acrylic, and mirrored letters. QLS also laser cuts stainless steel parts and aluminum parts.

* PVC content plastics are not laser cut
